ATLANTA: Suzy Siu’s Baos is now open! As KSM’s newest addition, restaurant partners Michael Lo and George Yu (also Suzy Siu’s Baos’ Executive Chef) bring their famous steamed buns to Inman Park. Featuring Asian style cuisine from the master minds behind Taiyo Ramen, Mama Tiger and the upcoming Ramen Station, Suzy Siu’s Baos is located adjacent to Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream and directly across from Grand Champion BBQ in the market.
“We are so happy to be open before the holidays at Krog Street Market. We have been excited to continue our expansion showcasing traditional Asian food to the South, to share dishes we really know and grew up with,” said co-owner of Suzy Siu’s Baos, Michael Lo.
The 420 square foot stall offers guests their choice of six steamed buns, five seasonal sides and soft drinks with the option to purchase one of four combos or any item a la carte. Suzy Siu’s Baos serve their signature Pork Belly Bun along with new additions to the menu including a number of new seafood and vegetarian bun options. Chef Yu only uses the best quality local and natural meats and vegetables in all of his food to make authentic Asian dishes. Suzy Siu’s Baos follows its sister restaurant’s tradition in continuing to source locally from producers such as Heritage Farms, Global Growers and Finch Creek Farm.
“We think Suzy Siu’s adds another important grab and go option to our market visitors,” said David Cochran, President of Paces Properties. “This exciting addition complements our already diverse array of culinary offerings and we are thrilled to welcome Michael, George and their team to KSM.”
