Gu’s Dumplings Opens for Lunch and Dinner Today, March 24

ATLANTA: Chef Gu and his family are excited to announce that the much-anticipated Gu’s Dumplings will open today Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Krog Street Market.  With a combined 70 years of culinary experience Chef Gu and his wife have been behind the kitchen of one of Atlanta’s favorite Chinese restaurants, Gu’s Bistro.  In their newest venture, the Gu family will offer a fresh and fragrant menu highlighting Szechuan dumplings and noodles.

“As the first authentic Szechuan restaurant to open in downtown Atlanta, we are thrilled to join this lively neighborhood and be a part of Krog Street Market.” said Yvonne Gu Khan, owner.  “Our menu will include some fan favorites from Gu’s Bistro, along with dumpling filling choices and a few noodle dishes.  Chef Gu and his team are looking forward to experimenting with new dishes while offering fresh and authentic Chinese cuisine to our loyal customers.”

Zhong Style Dumplings

As the Market’s newest addition, Chef Gu and his team will be bringing new and unique flavors to the current roster of food stalls and restaurants.  From their famous Zhong Style Dumplings and Chengdu Cold Noodles to spicy soups and stir-fried dishes, the menu has something for both meat lovers and vegetarians.  Located across from The Spotted Trotter and next to Mama’s Bath + Body, Gu’s Dumplings will be open daily for lunch and dinner service.  To view the full menu, please visit
